Are plans refundable?
Plans that have not been installed or activated are eligible for a full refund within 30 days. Once the eSIM profile has been installed, the plan cannot be refunded. Contact Simmy support to check eligibility.
Can I keep my regular phone number while using Simmy?
Yes. Simmy handles your data connection only. Calls and SMS continue to work on your primary SIM. Dual SIM devices let both profiles run simultaneously — local data on Simmy, voice on your home number.
What if I lose signal in a remote area?
