By purchasing an eSIM plan from Simmy, you agree to use the service for lawful travel connectivity purposes. Plans are non-transferable once activated. Unused, uninstalled plans may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Simmy is not liable for network outages caused by third-party carrier partners.
